Y en cuánto a la música, Keith Urban fué el ganador al mejor artista masculino y Taylor Swift a la mejor artista femenina. La artista revelación y la mejor artista de pop fué Lady Gaga que se llevó dos premios, Eminem fué el ganador a mejor artista de hip-hop, Paramore mejor banda de rock, Mariah Carey mejor artista R&B y la mejor colaboración musical fué para Jay-Z, Rihanna y Kanye West por 'Run this town'.

Los nombres destacados son los ganadores.

Para mi gusto, ha sido bastante justo, excepto en algunos, creo que Gossip Girl se merecía el premio de TV Obsession, para mi gusto CSI hubiese sido mejor ganador que House en Tv Drama, pero al contrario Hugh Laurie es gran merecedor del premio que se le ha otorgado, al igual que Hugh Jackman, Johnny Depp, Jim Carrey,Katherine Heigl y Sandra Bullock, grandes actores con mucha carrera ya hecha y merecedores del premio (aunque otros candidatos se lo merecían también). En resumen, si lo ha elegido el público bien hecho entonces.
